Roof Top Tent Warranty PolicyIf you encounter any issues while using our products, please feel free to contact our customer service at contact@geertop.com. We will process your inquiry within 24 hours of receiving your email. Please note that responses may take up to 48 hours during holidays.Limited Warranty TermsGeertop provides a 2-year limited warranty for the aluminum alloy shell and fabric of the roof top tent, as well as for the roof rack crossbars. Other accessories, including the ladder, U-shaped mounting brackets, LED light bar, locks, and hydraulic support rods, are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase.This warranty applies only to customers who purchased directly from the official Geertop website and does not cover second-hand purchases.The following situations are not covered by this warranty:
UV Damage: Ultraviolet damage to fabric or surface coatings.
Normal wear and tear, and cosmetic blemishes resulting from use (e.g., discoloration or wear of plastic windows, scratches/dents on the tent shell, etc.).
Damage caused by the customer (misuse, accident, abuse, etc.).
Damage caused by acts of nature (storms, strong winds, etc.).
Aesthetic changes that do not affect the basic functionality of the roof top tent.
Products that have been arbitrarily repaired or modified by the customer.
