We ship from the nearest warehouse based on your location and stock availability

Can I get faster shipping if I'm in a hurry?

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can also check status in your Geertop account.

Every tent comes with step-by-step instructions, plus we have video guides on our YouTube channel.
What if my product is defective?
Email us within 30 days with photos/video, and we'll check and follow after-sale service.
Can I wash my tent?
Hand wash only with mild soap.
