We have local warehouses in the United States, Canada, and most European countries. Packages will be shipped from your local warehouse first. If your local warehouse is out of stock, the package will be shipped from China.

If the local warehouse has the item in stock, your package will be delivered within 5-7 days after you place your order. If the package is shipped from China, it generally takes 15-20 days to arrive.

All tents 180 days warranty, and 30 days no reason return & exchange.

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the package without giving a reason. However, please note that for returns not due to quality issues, you will need to bear the full return shipping cost, as well as the shipping cost of sending the package back and the packaging handling fee.

If you receive a package that is damaged or missing parts, please send us your order number and a picture, and we will arrange to resend it immediately.
