To get your order to you with the fastest possible speed, we strategically ship from warehouses around the world.

  • If you are in the ​​US, Canada, Germany, or Japan​​, your order will be fulfilled from a local warehouse (subject to stock availability), significantly reducing transit times.
  • For all other destinations, your order will be shipped from our main warehouse in China.

Our goal is to ensure you receive your gear quickly and reliably, no matter where you are.

To provide the fastest delivery, we ship from multiple locations. Your estimated shipping time depends on which warehouse fulfills your order:

  • Shipments from our local warehouses​​ typically arrive within ​​3-5 business days​
  • Shipments from our China warehouse​​ have an estimated delivery time of ​​15-25 business days​​.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

After a package leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for its delivery. We are unable to control issues that occur during transit, such as loss, theft, or damage. If your tracking shows a package as "delivered" that you have not received, please contact our customer service so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

WARRANTY

If you receive a product with a quality issue, please contact us immediately with photos or a short video for our review. Once approved, we will provide a free repair, replacement of parts, or a full replacement at our discretion.

Return Shipping Fee

​​Change of Mind:​​ If you wish to return or exchange a product simply because you don't like it, you will be responsible for the full cost of return shipping.
​​Quality Issue:​​ If you believe there is a quality issue, please contact us with photos for review. Once approved, we will provide a free return label and replacement.
