- Make sure you report any damage to your tent within 48 hours of delivery to ensure a claim can be filed.
- Take photos of those areas and note the details of what you see on the delivery ticket prior to accepting the delivery.
- Then, take a photo of the signed delivery ticket with the damage noted and email the photos of the damage and signed delivery ticket to contact@geertop.com.
ALL Tents - Inspecting After Delivery
Though unlikely, damage can be present on the tent and without box damage. Because of this, it is very important that you unbox and inspect the tent.
Once your tent has been delivered, make sure to fully unbox and inspect the tent for damage on all sides. If there is damage to your tent, it needs to be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email photos to contact@geertop.com and we can assist with options for a resolution! Please also take note of any missing items.
If you had additional accessories that were purchased on the same order, please be sure to fully unbox and inspect them for damages or missing items.
Note:If damage or missing accessories are not reported within 48 hours of delivery, we will not be able to file a claim with the carriers or present you with options for a resolution on the damage. Please do not discard any packaging until a resolution has been provided and accepted.

If the tent you ordered is out of stock, we will prioritize producing a new unit for you at our factory before shipping. In that case, delivery will take approximately 15–20 days from the time of your order.
The price of the inflatable rooftop tent includes shipping. Shipping is free to most European countries, including the US, Canada, the UK, Germany, Italy, and Spain. Shipping to some countries can be very expensive, with a difference of $80-$100 in shipping costs.
We typically use UPS/Fedex delivery, with a standard shipping time of 25-30 days.If you need faster delivery, feel free to contact us. We can also provide a quote for air shipping upon request.

Tested To The Limit
Before reaching you, every Geertop rooftop tent must first pass over 60 rigorous tests at our dedicated testing facility. We push each product to its limits—from structural durability and extreme weather resistance to repeated cycles of deployment and stowage—scrutinizing every component. Only after clearing all these hurdles is a tent deemed worthy of the Geertop name and approved for the market.
We believe true peace of mind comes from never compromising on standards.

Rain and Wind Resilience
In our advanced environmental lab, every tent faces simulated torrential downpours in a dedicated rain chamber and withstands high-speed gales generated by industrial-grade fans. These tests ensure your Geertop tent is built to endure nature's most challenging conditions.

Multi-Axis Durability Testing
Using a multi-axis vibration simulator, we replicate the long-term stresses of extended road travel. This rigorous assessment verifies the secure integration of the tent, rack, and vehicle rooftop—ensuring your setup remains stable and reliable, mile after mile.

Climate Cycle Endurance
In our controlled climate chamber, each tent undergoes cyclic exposure to extreme humidity variations and temperature shifts—from intense summer heat to severe winter cold. This process validates the tent's resilience, ensuring it performs reliably in any weather, anywhere.

Urban Impact Safety Validation
Through a series of controlled impact tests at varied speeds and loads, we rigorously verify the tent’s secure attachment to your vehicle. This essential assessment ensures your setup remains steadfast, providing peace of mind in diverse driving conditions.
