Will it fit you?

82.6 in of floor length suits campers up to about 6 ft with space left for a pillow and a stuff sack. Past 6 ft 2 in your bag will brush the end wall, which is standard for a tent this size and weight but better known now than on the first night. The 55 in width holds two regular 20 in pads with a gap between them; two wide pads will touch. With 45 in of headroom you can sit fully upright, dress, and brew coffee in the doorway during a downpour.

Why two vestibules change the trip

Each D-shaped door opens onto its own 24 in vestibule, so muddy boots, packs, and dripping shells stay covered but out of the sleeping space. Two doors also mean the person on the outside is not climbing over the other one at 2 a.m.

What it is built for, and what it isn't

A PU 3000 mm fly with fully taped seams and a snow skirt over a breathable mesh inner handles rain, wind, cold, and moderate snow across all four seasons, including winter camping at reasonable elevations. It is not an expedition shelter for sustained high altitude storms or heavy snow loading; choose a mountaineering tent for that.

Condensation, the honest version

Two large mesh panels and dual-zipper doors keep air moving. On a cold, still, humid night, every double-wall tent collects some moisture under the fly. Open both doors a few inches and it mostly clears itself.
